Have you ever thought about meditating? I have thought about it a lot. In fact you could say I have meditated on the idea of meditating for a long time! Not sure if that counts. Anyhow over the past week or so I have been working with a fantastic group of people in a 12 Day Detox and it just keeps coming back to me how much of detox is emotional and mental. I know when I am in a good place mentally, healthful choices come more easily.
Luckily I am part of an amazing group of health coaches who collaborate in creating amazing programs. Some programs I can completely take over as my own and change and tailor to my clients needs. Some I really don’t know much about. The group I belong to has created a really cool meditation program that I feel so grateful to have access to. I also have the ability to share it with you, my readers!
I really want to learn how to meditate and I thought what fun to make it a group project! So starting in February we are going to have 28 days of meditation and support. This is just for your personal development and mine. It is free and for fun and growth. If you would like to join in I would love to add you to the list.
