Yummiest easy smoothie recipe for beginners, or anyone!!
Mmmmm….quickly sharing my favorite smoothie! This baby really sets me up for the day! It is smooth and crunchy and sweet and delicious! Trust me when I say that this is truly an easy smoothie recipe that will help you get in the habit!!
Triple Chocolate Coconut Smoothie!
1/2 avocado
1 banana
2-3 handfuls of fresh spinach (start on the low end and add extra each day if you are a beginner to green smoothies)
1 scoop chocolate Amazing Grass
1 Tbls cocoa powder
1 or 1 1/2 cup almond milk —- or 3 Tbls hemp seeds with water (the amount of water depends entirely on how thick you like it)
Blend then top with Cacao Nibs and Coconut!!!!
Seriously, I love this smoothie! I also love to add a little peppermint extract to it! Then I feel like I am eating/drinking mint chip ice cream for breakfast!!
